Purjehdin Lehmään mukavassa lounaistuulessa. Parhaimmat vauhdit olivat 12 kn luokkaa. Vene nousi hyvin tuuleen. Meno oli mukavaa ja vaivatonta, kuitenkin lähes jollamaisen virkeää.
Olen monesti miettinyt, miksei vesi lennä istuinkaukaloon vaikka köliveneellä tässä vaiheessa olisi aika märkää. Ehkä se johtuu siitä, että ponttooni suojaa pärskeiltä, ehkä keulan muodosta.
I sailed to Island Lehmä in good southwest wind. The best speeds were about 12 knots. The boat sailed well to wind. The sailing was nice, but also like sailing with dighny.
I have thinked many times, why the water doesn't fly like keelboats. Maybe it depends of the pontoon, it covers from the splutters, maybe of the shape of the bow.
