Päivän mittaan oli luvattu reippaitakin tuulia, mutta lähtö oli melko kevyttä. Tällä kertaa ei myöhästytty.Luovilla tehtiin liikaa käännöksiä. Trimmu ei ole parhaimmillaan kevyen tuulen luoveilla. Jäätiin aika kauaksi keulasta. Kun kurssi kääntyi itään ja tuuli virkosi nostettiin genaakkeri. Muutama vene ohitettiin ja oltiin maalissa viidentenä.
Oppiahan tämä taas oli. Oppia toisten veneiden väistelystä ja luovimisesta.
The weather forecast promised during the day good winds, but during the start wind got down. This time we were not late at start.
On the tacking part we made too many turns. Trimmu is not on its best on light wind tacking. We got rather far away from the first boat. When the course turned to east and the wind raised we got up the genaakker. We passed a couple of boats but were fifth in the finish line.
This was learning again. We learned to avoid other boats and also tacking.
